Objectives of the Course

Providing students with the rules of Turkish syntax

Course Content

Historical evaluation of phrases each of which is a different from of adjectival construction and of semantic formation resulting from the relation between the predicate and the other sentence elements

1.To be able to determine the parts forming the language, to distinguish the elements of sound, formation and word
2.To be able to perceive the chacteristical sequence of the elements forming word order
3.To be able to perceive the sentence formation of Turkey Turkish
4.The ability to distinguish the forms used for subject, object, complements of time, place, state and verb and the equivalents of them in real life
5.The ability to distinguish the combinational characteristics of the parts forming different sentences
6.The ability to define and solve the problems about Turkish
7.The ability to develop a theory and view point on the language in Turkish texts
8.To be able to perceive the relevance the word order of Turkish while evaluating Turkish texts or generating new texts
9.The ability to distinguish the formational word order of Turkish and other languages
10.The ability to develop and help others to perceive the awareness of language and mother tongue depending upon the life awareness
