Objectives of the Course

Describe main consepts of phonology and phonetics. Classify sounds of Turkish. Explain how we determine phonemes and allophones with examples. Describe segments and suprasegmentals and give examples for Turkish. Describe and show phonetic features of Turkish in a given word. Describe and show phonetic changes in Turkish. Exemplify reasons of sound changes with examples

1.Be able to master the Turkish knowledge of Turkish language in detail
