Providing with general and basic characteristics of The Language of Kökturks, to present the development of Turkish language from historical to today.
The study and evaluation in terms of phonetics, syntax and morpology of the texts in original letters compiled with inscriptions written in the “ Runik Alphabet” comparatively determination of all kinds of structure development in terms of history of our language
