Objectives of the Course

In this course, the events that prepared the Turkish War of Independence, the development of this war in Western Anatolia and the period until the end of the Lausanne Peace Treaty aims to examine the social, political economic process in the region.

Course Content

The efforts of the occupation of the occupation process which started with the invasion of İzmir on 15 May 1919 and ended on 9 September in the same city with the movement of the movement to the national movement in İzmir, Aydın, Manisa, Denizli and Muğla Sanjaks, social, political, military, experienced in the region economic activities will be evaluated.
