Objectives of the Course

The main aim is to teach, evaluate and discuss the views of the social theorist who has to be discussed for one semester in detail.

Course Content

General views of the social theorist who has to be discussed; Her/His intellectual position in the literature of social theory; Her/His contributions to the literatüre; intellectual background to the her/his views; Her/His ontological assumptions; Her/His epistemological assumptions; Her/His methodological assumptions; The criticisms of the social theorist who has to be discussed.
