Revealing Heidegger's understanding of art and its relation to other philosophers' thoughts.

First of all, it will be examined which Heidegger tradition is involved in making philosophy. His relationship with the philosophers will be opened. In this context his relationship with pre-Socratic philosophers, Plato and Aristotle, will be visible. So there will be a necessary link between the understanding of truth and existence in Ancient and Heidegger's understanding of art. Then the Origin of the Artwork will be read as the main text. In his other texts, his understanding of art will be traced. Thus will also be discovered the links between the his art, being and knowledge views.
