Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the underlying technological concepts of blockchain and cryptocurrencies and the digital economy applications of blockchain, including common blockchain platforms and cryptocurrency markets.

Course Content

Introduction to blockchain, distributed systems structures, smart contract systems, digital money and digital economy concepts, blockchain fundamentals, blockchains for cryptocurrencies, blockchain platforms, other blockchain applications and cryptocurrency markets.
