Consumer behavior; aims to examine the decisions and actions related to the purchase and use of individuals, especially economic products and services. On the other hand, it aims to examine the behavior that occurs after the purchase, as well as the process of buying decision and why they are different in what dimensions.
Consumer behavior refers to who, what, where, from which goods and services are to be purchased, when it comes to the decisions of the individual regarding whether to buy or not to buy process.
