Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to introduce the concepts related to project management and to improve the project management skills of the students.

Project definition, classification, project organization, project structure plans, programming techniques, time-source-cost planning, project risk analysis, project documentation, computer-aided project planning (MS Project).
