Objectives of the Course

Learn and evaluate information for chemical and biological cases underlying toxicology, properties of toxic compounds, mechanisms of action of toxic compound, interactions of toxic compounds-nutrient and analysis methods.

Course Content

This course is included basic concepts and definitions of toxicology, definition and classification of mildew and mycotoxins, formation in foods, mycotoxicosis, mycotoxins mechanisms, genetic and molecular basis of mycotoxin biosynthesis in humans and response mechanisms of the organism to molds and mycotoxins.
