Objectives of the Course

Purpose of this course are to gain knowledge on periods of growth and development in healthy child, and can provide care and counseling in abnormal cases.

This course includes the information on periods of growth and development in childhood process, and care and counseling in abnormal cases.

1.Obtain knowledge on the status of child health in the world and in Turkey, and the developed projects/ the problem solving resources.
2.Evaluate the growth and development during childhood.
3.Provide care aware as of role of the pediatric nurses.
4.Can support as a consultant to healthy / sick child and their families.
5.To determine the requirements according to age period, according to the holistic care of children and family-centered care approach
