Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is give information about uses of microorganism based biotechnology in industry, also about production methods of microorganism, products and metabolites

Course Content

Fermented products and biotechnology, enzymes and detergents, antibiotic production, biotechological way for nutritonal supplements, recombinant proteins, selection and growth of industrially important microorganisms, microbial metabolism.
