Objectives of the Course

The goal of the course is taught general molecular biology techniques

Course Content

Principles and applications of genomic DNA isolation from different organisms, plasmid DNA isolation from bacteria, nucleic acid detection and separation techniques, PCR, SDS-PAGE analysis, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis methods.
