Objectives of the Course

The aim of class, the history and methods of gene transfer in insects, why we need transgenic insects, gene targeting, transgenic selection, transposable element vectors, viral vectors, simbiont vectors, transgenic useful-harmful and vector insects, paratransgenesis, vertical and horizontal gene transfers, social topics, risk analysis, legal regulations were to teach.
