Objectives of the Course

Explaining the basic elements and design methods of high frequency circuits and simulating circuits.

Course Content

General principles of amplifier design, scattering parameters introduction and their use in amplifier design, high frequency transistors and passive elements, broadband impedance matching technique, high frequency oscillator design methods, RF and microwave mixers.
