The objective of this course is to provide students with essential skills to apply research techniques to write argumentative essays and research papers ; to make literature review for formulating the thesis statement ; to gather, evaluate and synthesize information ; to draft , revise and finalize the research paper ; and to apply APA and MLA citation rules. The objective of the course is also to gain students science and basic concepts, basic principles of history of science, organization of scientific research, scientific methods and various views about it, problem, population and sample, data gathering and data gathering techniques ( qualitative and quantitative data gathering), data recording, data analysis, comments and report.
