The aim of this course is to introduce the concepts related to project management and to develop students' writing skills.
To teach concepts such as project definition, project manager, topic, method, stakeholder, budget, business plan risk management, widespread effect. In a project, management scheme, project organization, project building plans, programming techniques, time-resource-cost planning, project risk analysis, project documentation, computer-aided project planning.
