The aim of this course is to enable students to get acquainted with basic culture concepts and theories, and to understand the views and perspectives of theorists in the field of cultural studies and interculturality. For this purpose, cultural and literary interaction will be revealed by analyzing the main works, texts and sections from Turkish and Western literatures comparatively, especially during the periods of interaction.
Intercultural interaction has created intertextuality in art through literary works, and has also revealed diversity and multiculturalism.
