Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach basic language structures to improve Turkish language skills; to teach grammar teaching methods and techniques and to use them in written and oral expression.

Course Content

Basic principles and steps in grammar teaching, basic approaches, methods and techniques in grammar teaching, basic problems of grammar teaching, text-based grammar teaching and its applications, improving language skills through grammar teaching, measurement and evaluation in grammar teaching.
