Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to get the students acquainted with the description of industrial microbiology and fermentation process, inoculum, stock culture media and industrial fermentation.

Course Content

Industrial microorganisms as yeasts, bacteria, antinomisetler and mammalian cells, recombinant DNA techniques, hormones, interferons, antibiotics, and microbiological production of certain chemicals in industrial production methods in microbiology.
