Objectives of the Course

By having students about types and biological features of wetlands in Turkey and that they can make connections between topics. In addition, birds will be informed about wetlands.

Course Content

1. Wetlands definition and properties, roles in ecosystem. 2. Types and biological properties of wetlands. 3. Certain wetlands in Turkey, their protection strategies. 4. International relations related to the protection of wetlands. 5. Birds using wetlands.

1.Learning wetlands in Turkey.
2.To understand the importance of wetlands.
3.Ability to adapt to contemporary life the importance of wetlands in Turkey.
4.To search the database related to wetlands in Turkey and gained the ability to transfer information either orally or in writing.
5.To be able to establish the connection between environmental conditions and living creatures living in wetlands
6.To be able to apply the importance of wetlands to environmental problems.
7.The relationship between wetlands and birds and wetlands.
