Course Content

The concept of good governance emphasizes issues such as ensuring greater transparency in terms of institutions, responsibility, effectiveness, impartiality and participation. These values can be transformed into comprehensive goals such as developing political responsibility, increasing participation, an effective legal order, and information flow between the state and citizens. In this respect, good governance can be perceived as the establishment of an effective and responsible institutional structure that provides the trust and support of the society. Countless data can be found at any level of management of any institution. Institutions can also be thought of as organisms that use and produce data to continue their activities. However, in order for that data to be used for business purposes, it must be manually processed and given meaning.
