Objectives of the Course

Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to give information about the structure of enzymes, purification of enzymes and characteristics of them, fungus and bacterial enzymes and their biotecnologically usage.

Course Content

Within the scope of this course, the structure, purification, characterization and use of enzymes in various industrial areas will be examined.
