This course aims to provide information about the administrative traditions and administrative systems of different states that directly or indirectly affect the shaping of public administration in Turkey.
The structures, administrative mechanisms and bureaucratic processes of the public administration systems in different countries are analyzed comparatively. The public administration structures of different countries, especially the USA, France, England, Germany, Russia, Iran, China and Japan, will be explained.
