Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to present legal solutions to the problems of Turkey's foreign policy by bringing an international law perspective.

Course Content

With this course, the problems of Turkey's foreign policy will be discussed in terms of international law and legal analysis will be brought.

2.Establishing the theoretical and practical link between international law and foreign policy
3.To analyze the effects of international law problems that Turkey has experienced on its foreign policy.
4.Developing solutions to the international law problems Turkey has experienced in the past and present.
5.Developing legal solutions to legal problems in accordance with the structure of international relations based on theoretical and applied knowledge
