Objectives of the Course

It is a program designed to gain knowledge and skills in the field of religious music as well as to learn traditional forms of religious music. In the program, it is aimed to help students discover and develop their musical talents in both individual and social activities by giving examples from today's performers in religious music forms, the historical process of religious music, the first music and their works, and religious music forms and modes.

Course Content

1-Definition, importance and effects of music and religious music. 2-The historical course of our music, its origin-development, music and its anthology from the point of view of Islam. 3- Information on religious music form, form and theory. 4- Examples and practices of performance of mosque and lodge music 5-Introductions and performance samples of instruments such as Tanbur, Ney, Kemençe and Kudüm in the performance of religious music. 6-Current situation evaluation, conclusion, bibliography, literature and repertory study.
