Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to provide students with a working knowledge of the principles of operation, physical structures, methods of fabrication, properties and applications of Micro- and Nano-motors.

Course Content

Synthesis of micro / nano motors and comparison with natural molecular machines. Micro / nano motor synthesis methods and characterization. Micro / nano motor types. Movement and control of micro / nano motors. Examples of applications of micro / nano motors.
