The objective of this course is to give information about techniques for ısolation and ıdentification of bacteria.
Sampling techniques for bacteriological investigations. Inoculations of the samples to the media. Isolation of pure cultures. Investigation of macroscopic and microscopic features of pure cultures. Investigation of cultural features of pure culture. Investigation of the biochemical properties of pure cultures. Determination of the patogenesis of pure culture. Investigations of the serological characteristics of pure culture. Investigation of pathogenity characteristics of pure culture.
