Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to give information about preparation of antigen and techniques to provide ımmune serum.

Course Content

The purity and sterility control of water to be used for antigen preparation. Production of water for preparation of antigen in liquid media. Determination of bacterial concentration. Inactivation of water to be used for antigen preparation. The potent test of water to be used for preparation of antigen. Introduction and storage of water to be used for antigen preparation. Intravenous application of antigen to rabbits. Determination of serum concentration provided from rabbits.
