Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to give information genetic of bacteria and molecular biology.

Course Content

The structure of a bacterial cell. The structure of genetical materials (DNA-RNA). Invivo and invitro functions of nucleic acids. Biological functions of nucleic acids. Replication in procaryotics and eucaryotics. Protein synthesis in bacteria. The structure of genes, transfer of gene expression, inactivations of genes, isolation of genes. Genom of bacteria and regulation of gene functions. Mutations in bacteria. Plasmids and episomes. The gene maps in bacteria.
