The objective of this course is to give information about the mechanism of serological tests.
Antigens-antibody reactions. Primary engaging tests (ELISA, RIA, IFA). Secondary engaging tests (Agglutination, precipitation, complement fixation tests). Tertiary engaging tests (Neutralization tests).
