Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to give information about concepts and application of DNA technology in microbiology.

Course Content

Nucleic acid structure, Gene structure and organization, Gene Expression, Cloning a gene, Purification and Seperation of Nucleic acids, Cutting and joining DNA, Polymerase Chain Reaction, DNA Sequencing, Analysis of Genetic Variation.
