Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to give information about microbiota and microbiome

Course Content

Microbiota is a fundamental part of body as important as other organs. It is critical to know the importance of microbiota together with genetically-defined microbiome to establish the healthy state. For this reason, this course contains the fundemental concepts of microbiota and microbiome; microbial groups within microbiota; microbiotas of various animal groups, humans and different body parts; relationship of microbiota with immunity, nutrition and diseases; and determination and evaluation of functional microbiota.
