Objectives of the Course

To understand the morphology and biology of protozoans in domestic animals, symptoms of diseases they cause, methods used for the diagnosis, preventation and control for the diseases they cause

Course Content

Known infectious diseases caused by Coccidia, Cryptosporidium, Toxoplasma, Neospora, Sarcocyst, Theileria, Babesia, Anaplasma in domestic animals, morphology and biology of these parasites, infection routes, epidemiology and prevalance of dieases they cause,preventive and control measures taken.
