Objectives of the Course

ELISA (Enzyme Linked İmmunosorbent Assay), Hemagglutination, Indirect hemagglutination, Immunodiffusion (agar gel precipitation, ımmunoelectrophoresis, zone-electrophoresis), immunohistochemical techniques (direct and indirect immunofluorescent), Western blotting, PCR, general principles of these tests, preparing solution used in these tests, performing tests, interpreting test results

ELISA (Enzyme Linked İmmunosorbent Assay), Hemagglutination, Indirect hemagglutination, Immunodiffusion (agar gel precipitation, ımmunoelectrophoresis, zone-electrophoresis), immunohistochemical techniques (direct and indirect immunofluorescent), Western blotting, PCR, general principles of these tests, preparing solution used in these tests, performing tests, interpreting test results
