Objectives of the Course

The main objective of the course is to familiarize students with the urban and regional economy. Urban economy is to address a variety of questions and issues. This information field is put into the concept of the general level of economic models and analyzes in the field of space where the economic activity. Course Content

This course is considered as typical of the regional economy and the city's economy was built on four questions set. The first set of questions focuses on the development of urban areas. Cities are why and why some grow faster? How can this kind of growth is encouraging local governments? The second set of questions is about the way development in the metropolitan area. Why are some parts of metropolitan areas grow faster than others? Firms and households of metropolitan areas where they decide how they settle? What is it and how do they vary from these prices places determinant of land prices?
