To know the technical properties of measurement tools, to prepare and test measurement tools and to develop a measurement tool based on item analysis.
Relationship between education and psychology, definition of educational psychology and its functions, basic concepts related to development, developmental characteristics, affective factors on development and learning theories, effective learning, and motivation.
