This course includes group therapy studyings, main theoretical approaches related to group psychotherapy, basic technical information and applications. During the course, students will learn basic skills and methods for group therapies, also they will be educated about therapeutic factors specific to group therapies and problems faced with during group therapy applications. Furthermore, they will experience dynamic process of group therapy by roles.

This course includes information about defining group psychotherapy and its history, treating factors in group psychotherapy, creating therapy groups and components of therapy groups; further the course includes information teaching group techniques.
