The aim of this course is to ensure student to gain information and skills about disorder education given in chronical psychiatric disorders, improving coping and problem solving skills of patient and family and helping them to gain communication skills.

This course includes information on issues like determining psychiatric disorders for which psychoeducation will be given, what should be added to psychoeducation that will be given to patient and family, what kind of coping strategies should be taught in psychiatric problems that patients experience.
