At the end of the course, the students being able to develop a perspective about protection, maintenance and enhancement by evaluating health of individual, family and community in the direction of historical development, principles, standards, roles, ethical principles and legal regulations of psychiatry and psychiatric nursing is aimed.
Includes having theoretical base specific to psychiatric nursing and developing a perspective about constitution of policies by following evidence based literature by having sense of responsibility.
