In this course is intented to explain the basic concepts of intensive care nursing, to know the monitoring in the intensive care unit, to know the underlying problems in patient care in intensive care units, to establish the relationship between the ethical principles and the intensive care, to have knowledge and skills in the nursing managment of surgical intensive care patient.
