Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide basic information about exogenous and endogenous antioxidants, and the methods used to extract and analyse these antioxidants.

Antioxidant enzymes and determination methods. Application: Preparation of samples for antioxidant activity.

Total phenolic content determinations. Application: Total polyphenol determination
