Objectives of the Course

1. To discuss space as subject 2. To examine the construction process of space 3. To analyze the relationship between capitalist production process and space 4. To explain and introduce theoretical perspectives of some sociologists who contributed to the sociology of space

Discussions related to space; Globalization and the transformation of space; Information society and space; Reproduction of space and the social dynamics; Globalization and the production of space.
