Objectives of the Course

Examine the story and novel of Mesrutiyet period, analysing some texts

Course Content

A general overview of the Turkish story and novel in the Meşrutiyet period. Evaluation of the works of Halide Edib Adıvar, Ömer Seyfettin, Refik Halit Karay, Yakup Kadri, and Ahmet Hikmet Müftüoğlu. Evaluations on the novel and the story of the period.
