The purpose of this course is to provide students with opportunities to further organizations. The historical development of the theory of organization and structure, alongside the basic theoretical approaches to organizational culture, politics, and power within the organization, such as the use of behavioral dynamics in organizations will also be covered.

This course is the formation of organizations, structure and functioning of the basic approach and related issues.
