Objectives of the Course

Investigating the public economics structure and comparing public economics and market economy.

Course Content

The birth of the concept of public economics, development and subject of the functions of public economy, government intervention in the economy, the causes of interference, the state share of the economy, classical and modern theory of public goods, state specific reasons to produce goods, market failure theory, the cyclical fluctuations in the income distribution of justice, resource allocation effectiveness, economic and financial stability, economic growth, the effects of destabilizing the government and the state's failure theory, public deficits, the optimal state approach, the concept of fiscal responsibility, political decision-making, public services and venture firm, public revenues, public economy, the pricing policy.
