Objectives of the Course

Knowing acute and chronic effects of exercise on the human body. Understand the changes caused by different exercise conditions

Course Content

Knowing the physiological characteristics of the elderly. Knowing the answers to both acute and chronic exercise in the elderly. Knowing Performance evaluation based on the growth of children and adolescents. Principles of training in children and adolescents. Exercise for women to know the effect of physical and physiological characteristics.
