Objectives of the Course

Teaching project development and project management process and acquiring related skills

Course Content

Project management process, Project management process, Project planning and planning stages (Beginning, Planning, Implementation, Control and Closure), planning, scope, budget and time planning of program project relation, project need, characteristics of projects, project management, project management features and benefits and balance, different planning approaches, cost estimation methods, different planning tools, preparation of teams in the project process. MS-Project program used in planning and execution of the project, development of sample projects with MS-Project considering project planning approaches.
