Objectives of the Course

To create awareness about the relationship of the individual with the environment, the concept of the environment and what the problems are, to solve the existing problems, to make improvements in the prevention, to recognize the natural and cultural environment

Course Content

The concept of environment according to different schools, the methodology and basic principles of ecology, the limits of individual-environment interaction, quality of life, concept of welfare, life style, standard of living, environment in terms of space, architectural environment, concept of environmental conformity, crowd, noise, consumption and needs, consumer culture, human-environment relation throughout history, the importance of natural environment in the formation of cultural environment, reasons of destruction of natural-historical-cultural values,

1.To be able to have up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge at the level of expertise in environmental health
2.To be able to analyze the problems related to environmental health with scientific methods and evaluate them with a critical approach,
