Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to help students understand the role of cloud computing in enterprise information systems, learn about cloud service and deployment models, and gain the ability to analyze cloud-based solutions and select appropriate services.

Course Content

The course covers fundamental concepts of cloud computing, service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment (public, private, hybrid) models, virtualization technologies, major cloud service providers, data storage and security solutions, cloud integration in enterprise applications, backup, and business continuity.
